Founded in 1963 by Grandmaster Kyung S. Shin, the Military Arts Institute (MAI)
has been a leader in quality martial arts education for more than four decades.
All of our classes are led by black belts personally certified and approved
by the Grandmaster himself.
Our training area is one of the largest in Chicago, offering more than 4,000 square feet
of high-quality padded mats.
